Crikes Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Crikes platform (crikes.best) and all associated services. By creating an account or using the platform, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms.

Crikes is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming license. We are dedicated to delivering the best experience for users in Bangladesh and committed to running all operations transparently and in accordance with applicable regulations.

To create an account on Crikes, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Minors will not be permitted to create an account, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.
• Each individual may only hold One Account hold at any one time. If two accounts are found sharing the same name, address, phone number, or payment method, both will be closed.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Creating an account with false details is strictly prohibited.
• Your account is for your personal use only. You may not allow anyone else to play using your account.

After registration, Crikes may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. You will need to submit a copy of your national ID or passport. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC is complete.

Keep the following in mind when making a deposit on Crikes:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your wallet instantly. If there's an unexpected delay, please contact the help center.
• All deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the account may be subject to investigation.

Crikes holds all member deposits in a separate trust account, completely segregated from the company's operational funds. This ensures that your deposited funds can be returned to you under any circumstances.

The following conditions apply when making a withdrawal from Crikes:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Once completed, you won't need to go through it again for future withdrawals.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements for the associated bonus have been met.
• If a transaction appears suspicious or there are grounds to suspect fraud, Crikes reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

Every bonus and promotional offer on Crikes comes with its own specific terms. Please read them carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus comes with a specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x), meaning the bonus amount must be wagered that number of times before withdrawal.
• Duration: Wagering requirements must be completed within a set timeframe after a bonus is activated. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the period expires.
• Bonus funds are generally restricted to specific games or game categories and may not be usable across all games.
• Promo codes are single-use unless the applicable terms state otherwise.
• Crikes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.

If evidence of a bonus terms violation is found, Crikes may forfeit the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it.

The following general rules apply when placing bets on Crikes:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — so double-check everything carefully before confirming.
• Each bet has a set minimum and maximum stake. VIP members have access to higher maximum limits.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Crikes reserves the right to correct the odds or void the bet.
• All bets related to a match may be voided if there are reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing or manipulation.
• Crikes will not be liable for any bets affected by a loss of internet connection during live betting. If a bet is not confirmed, please try again.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Crikes. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and, where applicable, legal action:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as bonus arbitrage or bonus baiting.
• Using fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Taking fraudulent action against other members.

Crikes reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification, or providing false information.
• Evidence of suspicious betting patterns or match manipulation.
• Engaging in harmful activities against other members or the platform.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. The account will be closed within 7 business days of the request, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned.

Self-exclusion requests made under Responsible Gaming are processed on a priority basis. Once self-exclusion is active, the account cannot be reactivated under any circumstances during that period.

• Members' personal information will not be shared with third parties — exceptions apply only where required by law or for payment processing purposes.
• All data is protected with bank-grade SSL encryption.
• Members may request to view or delete their stored personal data at any time.

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact the Crikes support team first. We take every complaint seriously and will work toward a resolution.

• An initial response will be provided within 72 hours of a complaint being submitted.
• Complex matters are targeted for resolution within a maximum of 14 business days.
• If the matter is not resolved through support, members have the option to escalate their complaint to the relevant regulatory authority.

Crikes reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified via their registered email and on the platform at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country of registration. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
